How to List
Property Listing Conditions
- Properties must be over ¥130,000
- Properties between ¥130,000 - ¥200,000/month MUST = ZERO Key Money
- Properties with rents above ￥200,000/ month = no restrictions
- Listings must include minimum one floor plan and one building picture
- No "SakiMono" properties permitted
- TokyoApartment manages the client inquiry*
- Property must be located in Tokyo's 23 wards
*IMPORTANT: The tenant agency payment does not go to the listing agent. All inquiries are sent directly to TokyoApartment's bilingual staff, not the listing agent. We then manage the inquiry, show the prospective tenants the room that they inquired about and other rooms that suit their profiles, then take an introduction fee via our partner agent Roomic Inc.
